Iowa Innovation is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to the Board of Directors.
Billi Hunt, currently Executive Director of America’s Cultivation Corridor, brings with her 20+ years of expertise in agriculture and the general Iowa business community. Her wealth of knowledge gained from working with Corridor organizations and investors will ultimately be of benefit to IICorp and its clients.
Camille Urban is a partner with BrownWinick Law, where her practice encompasses all areas of IP, patents, trademarks, and related prosecution and litigation. Camille represents Iowa entrepreneurs, businesses and larger companies around the world.
Tim Whipple is General Counsel for the Iowa Assoc. of Municipal Utilities. Tim was previously the IEDA’s General Counsel where he oversaw all legislative, regulatory and public policy issues. In his current role, Tim handles legal matters and public affairs issues including legislative, lobbying and regulatory affairs.
As the new members step into their roles effective May 1, we would like to thank departing board members Brad Epperly and Adam Claypool (along with Georgia Van Gundy, who resigned in late 2019) for their service.
